How Our Church is Responding

We hope you know we are still here for you even though we are not able to meet in person for worship services or life groups. Our staff is working long hours and diligently in order to help to meet the needs of our church and community. We want to share with you a number of the ways in which our church is working to be a blessing during this pandemic. Our response can be
broken down into three main areas:

  1. Enhancing Online Worship – Our staff is working hard to make our online worship experience the best it can be. We desire to have an interactive and impactful worship service that brings the Good News of Jesus to our community. We are posting more devotionals, Bible reading plans, and family worship guides. If you would like access to family worship resources, go to www.westside.church/Coronavirus.
  2. Caring for Our People – Many of our members are struggling in this time. Our staff has been diligently contacting as many of our church members as possible to see how we can meet their needs. We are striving to make sure that church members do not lose contact with the body of Christ. Let us know if there is someone that you would like us to reach out to who needs support.
  3. Blessing our Community – We believe that Jesus wants our church to be a blessing to our community. Many families not connected with our church are adversely affected by this pandemic. We want to make sure the people in our area are still getting the food and resources they need. Our church is doing a food drive and sending volunteers to Graceway Village. If you want to know how you can be of help or volunteer, please contact us at [email protected].

Again, this is just a small part of how our church is ministering to the church family and community through this crisis. Would you please join us in prayer as we seek to respond to this pandemic in a Biblical and hope-filled way?

Praying with you,
Craig Cramer
Senior Pastor
